Tell this tool what's wrong and it will point at the one service page that actually fits.

Most people arrive at a brand identity studio or a packaging design consultant unsure which door to walk through. Describe the problem in your own words or tap the closest symptom, say whether this is a new product or an existing brand, and the tool scores that against all three services and names the best fit — or sends you to the contact form if nothing scores cleanly.

How the match actually gets made

The three services this studio runs — Brand Identity Development, Packaging Design & Structure, and the Brand & Packaging Audit — each carry a set of keywords tied to the situations they solve. Your free text and any chip you tap get checked against all three sets at once. "No logo yet" and "new product, nothing built yet" weight toward identity and packaging work, since there's nothing existing to audit. "Packaging doesn't stand out" and "identity and packaging don't match" weight toward packaging structure or the audit, depending on whether you've told the tool this is a new product or an existing brand.

That new-product-versus-existing-brand answer matters more than it seems like it should. The same sentence — "our packaging doesn't stand out" — resolves differently depending on it: on a new product it usually points at Packaging Design & Structure, because there's no existing system to audit yet; on an existing brand it more often points at the Brand & Packaging Audit, a single working session that compares what's already on shelf against the category rather than starting the design over. Neither outcome is fixed. Both come from scoring the same words against different weights.

A strong match names one service and links straight to its page. A partial match still names a service but says so with a shorter, more hedged reason, because the input didn't clear the higher bar. No match at all — usually because the box was left blank, or the text didn't touch any of the three keyword sets — falls back to a link to the contact form with your own typed text carried over into it, so a vague answer never costs you the sentence you already wrote. The last result you get is kept in this browser's storage and reappears if you come back to this page later, with a visible clear control if you'd rather start over.

This is a routing tool, not a demonstration of the work itself. The actual product here is a person reading your brief and answering the phone — that can't be simulated in a browser, so we didn't try to fake one. If you already know which service fits, skip this and go straight to Brand Identity Development, Packaging Design & Structure, or the Brand & Packaging Audit. If you'd rather see how the studio's own process runs once you start, that's laid out stage by stage on how a project moves through Murevix.
