What Murevix records about a visitor, and why each piece is kept.
This policy covers murevix.com: the inquiry form, the support chat, the cookies the site sets, and the advertising platforms that send paid clicks here. Read it against the rail — every date and retention period referenced in the text has its own marker.
Murevix is a small studio, not an ad-tech company, and this page is written to say exactly what we keep and why rather than to cover every hypothetical. If a category of data isn't named below, we don't collect it.
Effective date
This policy took effect on 14 September 2026 and applies to every visit to murevix.com from that date forward, including visits arriving from a paid ad click.
Who controls this data
Murevix, trading at murevix.com, is the controller of the data described here. The studio is based at 22 Mill Street, Unit B, Austin, Texas 19032, United States. There is no separate processor entity — the same small studio that designs the packaging also reads the inquiry inbox.
What is collected
The inquiry form on contact.html and elsewhere on the site takes your name, phone number, email address, business address or city, the kind of project, your message, and any specification you give us — plus the consent tick you check to submit it. The support chat keeps whatever you type into it, and a name, phone or email if you volunteer one at the start of a conversation.
Alongside both, the server automatically records technical and log data: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page that referred you, and the timestamps of when the page rendered and when you submitted or sent something. The site also sets cookie identifiers for consent state, and, once you allow storage, the advertising click identifiers a paid platform attaches to the URL that brought you here.
What each category is used for
Inquiry and chat content is used to answer your question or scope your project — nothing else. Technical and log data is used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. Cookie identifiers hold your consent choice so we don't ask twice. Advertising click identifiers are used to measure whether a Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or Meta Ads campaign led to an inquiry, and only after you allow storage.

The advertising platforms sending traffic here
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send paid clicks to this site today. A click from Google Ads can arrive carrying a gclid parameter; a click from Microsoft Advertising can carry msclkid; a click from Meta Ads can carry fbclid. Each identifier lets the sending platform match a click to whatever happens on the site afterward, and each is only stored once you allow storage.
Consent Mode v2
The site runs Google's consent mode: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage are all held denied the moment the page loads, before you make a choice. Allowing storage through the cookie banner sets those four signals to granted. Declining, or later withdrawing your choice, sets all four straight back to denied — nothing keeps writing after that point.
Who receives this data
Four kinds of third party see some part of it. Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC receives the consent signals and the gclid tied to a Google Ads click. Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd receives msclkid and handles it under its own statement at privacy.microsoft.com. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd receives fbclid where a Meta Ads campaign is running. Beyond the ad platforms, the hosting provider that serves this site and stores the inquiry database, and the mail provider that carries the notification email to our inbox, both process data as part of keeping the site and the inbox working — neither is given the data for any purpose of its own.
Data that leaves your country
Murevix operates from the United States and its hosting and mail infrastructure sit there. If you reach the site from outside the United States, your data is transferred here to be processed. Where the advertising platforms named above process data in their own facilities, including in the European Economic Area or Ireland, that processing is governed by their own cross-border transfer mechanisms, which are a matter of their published privacy documentation rather than ours.

How it's protected
The inquiry database and chat store sit behind the hosting provider's access controls, reachable only by the studio's own staff. Submissions travel over an encrypted connection. We don't take payment card data anywhere on this site, which removes an entire class of risk we'd otherwise have to manage.
Rights for visitors covered by the GDPR
If you reach this site from Europe, the GDPR gives you the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict how it's used, to receive a portable copy, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time without it affecting anything done before the withdrawal. Write to office@murevix.com to use any of these.
Rights under US state privacy law
California residents have rights under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, to know what personal information we hold, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — including sale or sharing tied to advertising identifiers such as gclid, msclkid and fbclid. Residents of other states with their own privacy laws in force have comparable rights under those laws. We do not sell personal information for money. Where allowing ad storage counts as sharing under state law, declining or withdrawing consent through the cookie banner opts you out of it.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of ad storage and sharing automatically, without asking you to also click through the cookie banner. Global Privacy Control is honoured the same way for every visitor, regardless of which state or country they're browsing from.
Children
This site is built for businesses commissioning brand and packaging work. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, write to office@murevix.com and we'll remove it.
Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your data, tell us first at office@murevix.com so we can fix it. You're also entitled to complain to your state Attorney General, and California residents may complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency. Visitors covered by the GDPR may complain to their own country's data protection authority.
Making a data request
Write to office@murevix.com, or post to Murevix, 22 Mill Street, Unit B, Austin, Texas 19032, United States, and say which right above you're using. We answer within 14 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, using only the information already on file for your inquiry, so we don't hand your data to someone else.

Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or why, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and describe the change here rather than silently editing the old text away. Material changes affecting advertising storage will also appear in the cookie banner the next time you visit.

This site is built with a fixed sidebar and full-height panels that still need to work at a 320px width, with a keyboard, and with a screen reader — skip link included, every control at least 44px tall, focus visible on every interactive element. The self-drawing process diagram renders fully drawn and static rather than animating for anyone whose system is set to reduce motion.
